1. What we collect (and what we don't)

ToolHub does not collect personal data. We do not require accounts, emails, names, or any form of registration. We never see the files you upload to our tools — they are processed entirely inside your browser.

2. Your files never leave your browser

Every tool on ToolHub is implemented client-side using JavaScript that runs locally on your device. When you compress a PDF, resize an image, or generate a QR code, the operation happens in your browser's memory. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, and we have no ability to see, store, or analyze the content you process. You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools and inspecting the Network tab while you use any tool.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which tools are popular and how people navigate the site so we can prioritize improvements. Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses. We do not link any tracking data to identifiable people, and we do not sell or share analytics data with third parties beyond what Google's standard analytics service provides.

4. Advertising

ToolHub is funded by advertising. We plan to use Google AdSense to display contextual ads. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads that are relevant to your interests. You can manage your ad-personalization preferences at adssettings.google.com.

5. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies and similar browser storage for:

• Preferences — your selected language, dark/light theme, and tool settings (stored locally on your device).
• Analytics — anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics.
• Advertising — Google AdSense cookies (when ads are enabled).

6. GDPR & CCPA

Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, you have nothing to request, modify, or delete on our side. For data handled by Google Analytics or AdSense, refer to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Children's privacy

ToolHub is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site for at least 30 days.
